It's time, our first meet of 2026! Please read this email in its entirety to have all info needed. You can always find meet info (heat sheets and results) in the Swim Meet Info tab of our website.

• NO TENTS TO THIS MEET! We will be in the sun, but the deck is small, and we have too many bodies to set up tents on that side of the pool. Bring your hats and sunscreen :)

Tips & Tricks for Parents:

• SHARPIE! It would be best to write your swimmer’s events, heat & lane number on their arm prior to arriving. Please see the image below as an example.
• FOR OUR LITTLE SWIMMERS, we recommend writing their full name, age, and WAT on their shoulder so that volunteers can easily place them where they need to be. Our littles get nervous, and we do not want them to get lost

• Swimtopia App: The heat sheet and your child's events are available in the app. If you wish to get live results, reminders for events, and other premium features, the app does allow you to upgrade. However, this is not necessary, and having the heat sheet is plenty enough
• Extras! Please bring extras of everything for your swimmers! Goggles, towels, swim caps - you never know when something will break!

Information from the Home Team:

Parking

Parking is available in the pool lot, the lower parking lot, and on the street. Please do not park where cones are placed on the street. Parking is only allowed on one side of the road, and there is no parking on either side of the street in front of the clubhouse.

Visiting Team Area

• Waterton will be sitting on the left side of the pool, and families are allowed to bring 2 chairs each.
• The Waverunners bullpen will be at and around the gazebo at the end of the sidewalk closest to the spectator seating
  
• To reiterate, no tents or canopies are allowed at this facility

Heat Sheets & Results

There will be no paper heat sheets for sale at the meet. Please use the heat sheet that is attached to print off if needed, or refer to the SwimTopia app. Computer volunteers will post results as they are available. Heat sheets are only available for timers, judges, and stagers.

Concessions

We will have Kona Ice in the front parking lot as well as concessions in the clubhouse (Dogwood Pizza, Chick-fil-A, nachos, loaded potatoes, candy, chips, cookies, and drinks) — CASH/Venmo only.

Meet Etiquette

We ask that the teams be respectful of the visitor’s area and dispose of all trash at the conclusion of the meet. Due to the volume of families in the pool deck and to ensure swimmers can hear the starter instructions, please do not play any music, movies, etc. from your mobile devices or use noise makers. The pool area is a no smoking or vaping, and glass free and pet free facility. Flowers Crossing asks that we do not linger inside of the clubhouse.

Inclement Weather

During inclement weather, all swimmers and families are required to clear the pool deck and return to their vehicles to safely wait out the weather until further notification via a Swimtopia alert. If the meet is canceled due to weather, we will make it up on either Friday or Saturday.
