Meet #4 is here! Please read this email in its entirety to have all info needed. You can always find meet info (heat sheets and results) in the Swim Meet Info tab of our website.

• Report time: 4:45 PM, pool deck is closed until 4:30 PM
• Warm Up: 5:20 PM
• Staging meeting: 5:30 PM
• Timers & Judges Meetings: 5:40 PM
• Meet Start Time: 6:00 PM
• Heat Sheet is attached
• Tents & Umbrellas are welcomed, but their deck is small so let's try to team up tight in the tents!

Tips & Tricks for Parents:

• SHARPIE! It would be best to write your swimmer’s events, heat & lane number on their arm prior to arriving. Please see the image below as an example.
• FOR OUR LITTLE SWIMMERS, we recommend writing their full name, age, and WAT on their shoulder so that volunteers can easily place them where they need to be. Our littles get nervous, and we do not want them to get lost

• Swimtopia App: The heat sheet and your child's events are available in the app. If you wish to get live results, reminders for events, and other premium features, the app does allow you to upgrade. However, this is not necessary, and having the heat sheet is plenty enough
• Extras! Please bring extras of everything for your swimmers! Goggles, towels, swim caps - you never know when something will break!

Information from the Home Team:

Parking - Map is attached!

For those that have never been to this pool, they have extremely limited parking at the clubhouse, therefore the neighborhood streets must be utilized. Clubhouse parking is restricted to actual parking spots, i.e., between white lines. If you could please instruct your parents to park on the right hand side of Cooper’s Pond Drive (as you enter from Hutchins Road), we would be most grateful. We must only have parking on one side of the street or emergency vehicles will not be able to get through. We will post no parking signs as a reminder. Also be mindful that there are two entrances to our neighborhood, and there is pool access from both of these entrances. Pool access from the Arnold Road entrance is located off Kenswick Circle. I have attached a parking map; we will have reserved spaces in our clubhouse parking lot for 1 council member, your head coach, and handicapped parking. The Kenswick Circle side of the pool will also have a couple of reserved handicapped spots -- this may be a good drop-off location for anyone with mobility concerns as it's a bit less steep than the Clubhouse parking side.

Visiting Team Area

• Waterton will be sitting side of the pool closest to the clubhouse
• The Waverunners bullpen will be at the base of the stairs coming down from the concession stand
• To reiterate, tents and umbrellas are welcomes but space is limited!

Heat Sheets & Results

There will be no paper heat sheets for sale at the meet. Please use the heat sheet that is attached to print off if needed, or refer to the SwimTopia app. Computer volunteers will post results as they are available. Heat sheets are only available for timers, judges, and stagers.

Concessions

Our world famous Quack Cafe will be open serving hot food, drinks, and candy for the kids. We're featuring Chick-fil-A sandwiches, Chick 'n Wok fried rice, nachos, and more! We accept cash and Venmo payments at the cafe.

Let's keep doing a great job reporting to our volunteer spots & being great sportsmen! No bad attitudes and keep encouraging out swimmers!

Inclement Weather - Please read!

During inclement weather, all swimmers and families are required to clear the pool deck and return to their vehicles to safely wait out the weather until further notification via a Swimtopia alert. With inclement weather as a real possibility, please note: WE WILL SWIM IN THE RAIN AS LONG AS THERE IS NO THUNDER/LIGHTNING. We must get through 42 events to have a full meet, as we would like to avoid having to make up the meet at a later date. We may cancel relays, but we will let everyone know.
