Now that we all have had at least one day of practice, the coaches and I wanted to get out some information to help our new swimmers and their families get familiar with how competitive swim works now that “day 1” is complete.

Due to the ongoing weather conditions and the water temperature being too low in the pool, we are going to cancel practice today. We will keep an eye on things throughout the week with this weather, but our main concern is to keep our Waverunners healthy!
